Whole System Measures 2.0: A Compass for Health System Leaders

Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) in the United States have developed an improved set of measures by which to assess the performance of health care organisations and health care systems.

Their “Whole System Measures 2.0 (WSM 2.0)” is a set of 15 measures designed to help monitor the condition of an organisation / local health economy, across three domains (the Triple Aim): (i) population health, (ii)experience of care, and (iii) costs / accountable financial stewardship.
